This series is composed of correspondence, reports, and financial records related mainly to the Jewel Ball and Museum security. The security information is almost entirely from Sherwood Songer’s time. Also in the series is an unpublished manuscript by Clarence Simpson entitled, The Gallery and Me. It is an autobiography that is weighted toward his career at the Museum.
