This subseries contains exhibition catalogues and promotional materials (i.e., clippings, and handouts), correspondence to and from consigners, price lists, invoices, exhibition labels, photographs of art objects, shipping records, receipts, and nine manuscript volumes. These include seven show books (1958-1986), a consignor’s book (1961-1963), and a Gallery Shows ledger (1965-1966). A folder on loan exhibitions to other organizations is also present.

RESTRICTION: Alan Sofist objects received restricted due to the presence of social security number; invoice restricted due to the presence of a check; and two letters restricted due to the presence of a checking account number. Redacted copies of these materials have been provided.
