R.B. Jones and Sons, Inc., 1959-1969

This subseries is comprised of general financial documents such as correspondence, audits, reports (including a CPA report), insurance information from different companies, contracts, bills and receipts, and accounts. The accounts are loose pages of general ledgers, accounts payable (includes operating expenses as well as money due to consignors, 1962-1986), cash receipts for sales and rentals (1962-1986), accounts receivable (monies due to the gallery, 1962-1985), and seven bound volumes of ledgers (1958-1986). There are also three oversized folders of accounts containing cash disbursements, accounts payable, and income and expenses.
