Monthly Reports, January-December 1960

This subseries includes the education department’s monthly reports for the years 1946 through 1969 and is arranged chronologically. The monthly reports of earlier years, mainly the 1940s, contain data and information on special programs, classes (adult, children’s, and Saturday classes), tour information, attendance, and financial reports and income from programs and classes. The monthly reports of later years (1950s-60s) primarily include tour information such as the groups visiting for tours, attendance, types of tours held, and occasionally the exhibitions related to the tours. Data and information on specific programs such as the marionette shows, game trays, and the Little Museum are mentioned in some reports.
