Scope and Contents Note
The Karen Meizner Files, dated 1980-1991, contain correspondence, reports, and other miscellaneous materials created or collected during her time as head of cataloging at the Spencer Art Reference Library. The collection is largely given to material related to the establishment of the Library’s relationship with the Research Libraries Information Network (RLIN), the hiring of RMG, a consulting firm, to make recommendations about the purchase of an integrated library system, and a Boatman’s Bank grant to complete a retrospective conversion project.
