Includes: Paul Gardner, Nelson Gallery of Art; H.W. Parsons). Each year, the Trust Office largely created the same subject folders, and these were grouped under the heading “General Correspondence.” Folders/topics/correspondents generally include the Nelson Gallery, University Presidents and University Trustees and Paul Gardner, Harold Woodbury Parsons, and Laurence Sickman (during the years they were active). Not all files under the heading are strictly correspondence, however, and may include minutes, real estate records, invoices, taxes, insurance, payroll, inventories. Restricted: Unprocessed records must be reviewed before access. Allow a minimum of one week. Minutes found in “General Correspondence” may only be accessed by internal, museum-affiliated researchers.
