Scope and Contents Note

This series contains correspondence, legal briefs, reports, and other material pertaining to the sale of the Kansas City Star, construction of the Museum, and other matters requiring legal assistance. These appear to primarily be the files of Trust attorney John E. Wilson and may have been transferred to the Trust Office after Mr. Wilson's association with the Trust. There are also records subsequent to Wilson’s tenure.
