This sub-series, arranged chronologically, consists of letters, cards, and memos to and from Ralph Coe. The correspondents include Museum staff members, other museum professionals, collectors, art dealers, community leaders, and Museum visitors. Topics in this series include congratulations, compliments, complaints, Museum operations, work trips and vacations, art appraisals, and advice on art purchases. Other topics discussed in the correspondence can be found in Series IV.

Otherwise, this collection is open to researchers. Appointments are necessary for the use of manuscript and archival collections.
