Scope and Contents

From the Series:

This series is composed of newspaper clippings promoting different museum benefits, clubs, and events or related to museum staff, including Lindsay and Frank Cooper, Marc Wilson, and Paul Gardner. There are also 22 books (approximately 1930-2021), mostly related to East Asian history or museum exhibitions (some of which are in Chinese). There is also a biography of Lindsay Hughes written by her niece, Lindsay Major (1921). A detailed list of the books can be found in the Container List.

The scrapbook from Series VI contains restricted information. A redacted copy has been provided. The rest of the collection is open for research. Appointments are necessary for the use of manuscript and archival collections.
